BRIGITTE ZUMBO (APRIL 2026) Brigitte Zumbo is a Cheyenne local artist and art educator who has been making art since childhood. Her work centers on bright, vivid colors, energetic patterns, and bold line designs. Inspired by nature, particularly the ocean; she focuses on ocean animals, with cephalopods as a main subject. Their movement, form, and complexity allow her to explore visual rhythm through a playful creative process. Zumbo’s work reflects a lifelong curiosity and deep appreciation for the beauty and complexity of ocean life. You can follow the artist for project updates and contact her for art commissions.
ASHLEY ROGERS (MARCH 2026) Wyoming native Ashley Rogers is a collage artist drawn to the unexpected — the strange meeting points where unrelated images collide. Her work explores the beauty of odd, surreal, and seemingly incompatible combinations.
JAZZY RAQS (FEBRUARY 2026) Jazzy Raqs (Jocelyn) has pursued artistic endeavors since a very early age right here in Cheyenne, starting with music and dance. She earned an A.A. degree in Fine Arts and Humanities from LCCC in 2009 during which, she dove into charcoal drawing, watercolor and acrylic painting. Later on, after moving "here, there, everywhere and back again", she began creating collages, paper-mâché and finally resin pours and sculptures (with help from fellow artist, Peter Hastings, who has a much better temperament for the patience that resin creations require!)
ERIC DORRIS (JANUARY 2026) Eric Dorris is a self-taught artist whose work blends pencil realism with stencil-based spray painting. Using hand-drawn, hand-cut stencils layered anywhere from three to fifteen times, Eric creates bold, original pieces where urban technique meets refined design.
His work has been featured in shows across the country, earning multiple Best in Show and Best in Category awards, as well as recognition as a featured poster artist. Drawing inspiration from music, iconic pop culture, film, and sports figures, Eric’s art focuses on instantly recognizable imagery built through shadow, contrast, and precision. Eric describes his style as an elegant twist on modern graffiti—bringing spray paint off the streets and onto canvas in a way that’s accessible, nostalgic, and conversation-starting. His goal is simple: create art that sparks emotion, memory, and connection—something people are proud to hang in their homes.
