An American Amber Ale with a prominent caramel malt backbone balanced by a complex and flavorful variety of citrusy, spicy, and herbal hops. In aid of the American Red Cross and their efforts to help those affected by Hurricanes Milton and Helene, this American Amber Ale raises 50¢ for each pint sold for the entire month of October and some of the months to come.

Ominously dark and dreary, sip and savor this hoppy beery. With tantalizing aromas of pine and citrus tapping at your nose. Sweet caramel beginnings falling victim to earthy rye spice and hop bitterness will likely impose. Sips turn to quaffing and empty pints become haunting, haunting to the core! Quoth the Raven, “One sip more?”

This sly red fox will remind you of a barrel aged Flanders Red Sour Ale, and she’s far more sour than the Dominatrix she replaced. The rich plum and raisin malt character is balanced with hints of phenols and esters from the Belgian yeast, all underlying the prominent sourness, reminiscent of cherry, currant, and orange. If you’re fixin' for a Vixen, she’s your gal!

Autumn is here, winter nears, and the tipsy doctor is back! Dr. Finkelstein is a German Helles Bock made with real pumpkins and a hint of pumpkin spices. A burly lager, that pairs perfectly with this lovely cold weather.

In memory of a loving pup nicknamed "Floof Monster" for his ultra fuzzy hair, this stellar beer with sparkling white wine flavor qualities will definitely provide some warm fuzzies. Floof Monster features the sweet yet sour notes of raspberry and a touch of hibiscus, providing a hint of cranberry-like flavor.

Iridescent shadows in the sky circle the city looking for something, haunting without reason, undeserving of understanding, still they cry. Will you drink their tears?
Raven Tears is a lower alcohol and maltier version of the Blue Raven IPA, featuring a slightly different hop profile. Our brewer is fairly willy-nilly at times, as is our small brewing system, which sometimes throws consistency out the window. However, this ale is certain to be a crowd pleaser!
WOODROW
CHARDONNAY BARREL-AGED WILD ALE
ABV 6.0
Named after the Chardonnay barrel it was aged in, Woodrow the Slack-Jawed Yokel, is Red Ale aged for over a year in the divine cellars underneath the Blue Raven taproom. This small batch of beer has a strong wine like aroma, with dry and sour cherry like flavors from the wild yeast, and a solid amount of oak notes from the barrel. Sitting at 6%, this beer is perfect for any hoedown or hootenanny! This was a small brew, so grab yours before it is gone.
